What
Deliver the MVP of OrgOS built around the product’s three core primitives: Roles → Metrics → Systems.
This version should allow a small team to map how their organization works—from responsibilities, to measurable performance, to the systems that connect everything.
Success
A polished, error-free prototype that we can hand to three real founders and observe how they use it. If they can:
